Arrange a physical inspection at a safe, bustling public venue (e.g. Ikeja City Mall or Banex Plaza). 4. Inspect the item thoroughly. Test power, cameras, screens, and diagnostic scores. 5. If satisfied, reveal your 6-digit handshake PIN to the seller. The seller enters the PIN, the handover is authorized, and their payout is dispatched.
